Payroll & Benefits Manager

* Permanent/Part-time (4 days)
* Up to £60,000 FTE + Pension

Oakleaf is partnering with a Global Financial services firm based in the city, which is recruiting for a Payroll & Benefits Manager role to enter and support the UK payroll function. The role will be looking to support the payroll team with BAU processing for the monthly UK payroll.

About the role

You will be assisting the Manager in working with vendors to complete the Payrolls as accurately and efficiently as possible. Tracking and monitoring Payroll legislation changes. Preparing the payroll payments monthly. Carry out the administration with regard to the day-to-day running of the benefits program. Dealing with stakeholder queries around the payroll and its processes.

Candidate profile/Experience

The successful candidate will have experience in processing UK payroll. You have prior experience working with ADP Freedom. Ability to communicate with Stakeholders in the Payroll Processes. Keen to develop and progress within the role and the business.
