Oakleaf Partnership North is proud to represent a prestigious FTSE listed client in their search for a talented Head of HR Systems. This is your chance to join their dynamic team based in the vibrant city of Newcastle, on a permanent basis.

In this pivotal role, you will lead a small team and embark on a journey to transform and elevate their current HR system and processes to new heights. Your strategic vision will empower the existing Oracle system, ensuring seamless integration with auxiliary systems, enabling easy access to accurate employee data for comprehensive reporting and analysis.

As a seasoned professional, you will bring your hands-on expertise to the table, having successfully optimized HR systems within a large organization. Your ability to navigate complex data landscapes and provide innovative solutions will be instrumental in streamlining processes and driving efficiency. Your exceptional project management skills will allow you to deliver transformative initiatives that positively impact the organisation.

Joining the Senior Leadership Team, you will report directly to the HR Director, designing and leading the HR Systems strategy. This influential position offers a competitive salary range of £85k - £100k per annum, along with an attractive package of benefits.
