Outskirts of Norwich based Manufacturing and production business with a great footprint internationally. This permanent Part Time Payroll Officer role is looking for someone to solely manage the companies outsourced monthly payroll processes from start to finish.

This Norwich based Manufacturing and production business have a great footprint nationally for the products they create. This Permanent Part Time Payroll Officer so looking for someone around 30 hours per week but flexible for the right individual keen to solely manage the outsourced monthly payroll with the hope of the right individual being eager to streamline processes and ensure payroll data accuracy.

Description

Part Time Payroll Officer duties and responsibilities;

  • Manage the outsourced monthly payroll
  • ensure accuracy of timesheet processing
  • Coordinate with the outsourced payroll provider
  • Ensure strong data integrity of all HR/Payroll related data
  • Manual calculations and adjustments
  • Ensure accuracy of final payroll calculations

Profile

Part Time Payroll Officer knowledge and skills

  • Payroll management
  • Happy working around 30 hours a week
  • Based locally to the Norfolk area
  • P11D Processing experience
  • Benefits or Private healthcare management a bonus
  • Experiencing managing an Outsourced payroll before would be a bonus
  • Payroll compliance
