I am working with a leading UK brand that's looking to hire a Senior Manager with a focus on Executive Compensation, Governance & Reporting. This role can be based in Bristol, Edinburgh or Leeds.

Reporting to the Head of Reward Regulation and working within a large Reward team, this role will involve you leading Director level remuneration reports, working through policy and all related external remuneration discovery across the group. You will be collaborating across the HR functions alongside the leads for IR, Finance, Company Secretariat, Group Corporate Affairs and the RemCo Chair. This role will include projects surrounding executive remuneration including shareholder and wider stakeholder view and market practices. Key responsibilities include:

* Responsible for leading and delivering on the publication of the annual Directors' Remuneration Report; a cyclical disclosure presented within the Group's Annual report and Accounts.
* Lead and/or support the improvement, socialisation, and publication of the Directors' Remuneration Policy.
* Key support for any AGM preparations including liaising with Company Secretariat to support with publication of the Notice of Meeting and any support materials the RemCo Chair, Non-Executive Directors or Executive Directors need ahead of the AGM, as well as on the day support.
* Take possession of the Reward Governance Framework including any proposed changes for further improvement and simplification. Policy frameworks.
* Responsible for managing and deliver the required outcomes for a portfolio of projects while reporting to senior colleagues.

Skills required:

* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Previous Reward Governance and Reporting exposure, working in a corporate setting, including professional services or consultancy, matrix organisations with multi-tiered structures and/or financial services.
* Excellent attention to detail, the ability to manipulate data.
* Advanced Microsoft package exposure, advanced Excel skills.

This role is hybrid working, the team typically operate 2 days a week in the office. With a large Reward team and infrastructure the business offers fantastic career progression and development.
