Internal recruitment role, on a high paced desk with a supportive team.
Client Details
Our client is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team due to growth.
Description
This will include but not limited to:
- Support recruiters and stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering a seamless recruitment process
- Build trusted relationships with all stakeholders
- Manage interview scheduling, screening, feedback sessions, agencies
- Liaise with HR to create and issue employment contracts
- Process new starters through the ATS system and manage all new starter communications up to their first day
- Process and monitor background checks for all new starters via the third-party partner
Profile
- 2 years experience within recruitment
- High volume desk
- Stakeholder management
- High communication skills
- IT literate - MS, HR system
- Organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise
