Description
As the Head of HR, you will play an integral part in the organisation as they continue to grow, supporting all areas of the Business operations. You will develop and maintain effective working relationships across the Company to ensure that all aspects of HR and employee well-being are delivered to a high standard. You will manage a small teams and report into the CEO.
Profile
As the Head of HR you will:
- Ideally be CIPD qualified to level 7 or equivalent.
- Excellent Employment law and HR practice knowledge
- Change Management
- Excellent Stakeholder Management
- Team Management experience
- Candidates will ideally be from a Hospitality/Retail or similar sector background.
Job Offer
£60k - £65k (Dependant on experience) + Car Allowance
Home based, hybrid working with a mix of home/office working. With travel to locations, mainly along the M4 corridor.
