Leading Supplier seeking Senior HR Advisor due to continuous business growth!

Your new company
This leading supplier has over 500 employees working within its four key divisions of the business. They have an extensive network of clients ranging from depots to arena refurbishments. This business are continually going from strength to strength, because of this they are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the team and support the Group Head of HR and Advisor. There is opportunity for progression in this role.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week working from home. The other 2 days will be in office and 1 day on site. In order to be considered for this role, you will need a driving license and car. Sites are based across the London, Surrey and the South.

Your new role
The main purpose of this role is to manage key areas of the HR remit, supporting the wider HR team. Advising and supporting senior managers and employees throughout the Group.

  • Manage employee relations matters supporting managers and employees.
  • Work with Group Head of HR on complex cases.
  • Write and review HR Policy documentation.
  • Support the HR Advisor with recruitment including monthly review meetings.
  • Take the lead on employee experience carrying out surveys, analysing data and proposing change.
  • Work alongside the Learning and Development Manager as subject matter expert in HR.
  • Member of HR projects team.
  • Collaborate with other departments on projects including learning and development, and marketing.
  • Promote the Company Vision and Values.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you and be appointed to the position of Senior HR Advisor, you will need to be either CIPD level 5 qualified or qualified by experience. You will have broad knowledge and experience of dealing with employment law and employee relations issues. As mentioned before, you will need a full driving license and a car.
