Frazer Jones are partnering with a global insurance firm based in London who are looking to recruit a HRIS Coordinator (Workday) to join on a permanent basis. You will be part of a fast-paced international HR team focussing on international projects. This role will reporting into the People Analytics Manager. I am keen to engage with HR Coordinator/People Analyst with solid Worday experience who are keen to develop further.

This position will be responsible for reporting and people analytics using Reporting and Analytics system, for the HRIS function. As the HRIS Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading key initiatives that aim to improve the quality of data. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the data is accurate, relevant, and capable of providing critical insights that can help the business make informed decisions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Utilise HRIS System (Workday) to maintain existing reports and dashboards.
  • Producing new reports for users based on queries.
  • Maintaining data to ensure the system and data integrity and consistency.
  • Working closely with the HR team to perform data audits and cleansing.
  • Monitor data to ensure system integrity and consistency and distinguish any gaps (ensuring all data is compliant with legal requirements).
  • Supporting the business with any requests. i.e., creating new reports, maintaining the database, and establishing and resolving any errors in reports.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team and other data providers to enhance data collaboration, awareness, operational effectiveness, and data quality.

You must come with Workday experience which allows you to create new dashboards and produce reports. You should be effective in dealing with data and identifying trends through analytics. To be considered for this role you must be passionate about pursuing your career within HRIS/People Analytics. Ideal candidates will have exposure to Workday, data management principles, and GDPR. It is essential that you are effective and enjoy working with HR Reporting and Analytics and people data. An eye for detail and clear communication skills is a must.
