HR Business Partner Up to £50,000 + Benefits Staffordshire Permanent

You will be working for a large, global organisation who are based in the heart of Staffordshire. This Business is the world's leading provider of spare parts and repair solutions in industrial electronics, robotics and automation
Your new role
In your role as HRBP some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- To provide a comprehensive professional Human Resources (HR) advice in accordance with legislative, company requirements, policies and procedures.
- Advise line managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, Terms & Conditions of Employment and the promotion of good employee relations.
- To create, update and ensure full compliance with UK employee handbooks, policies and procedures
- Assisting with senior level recruitment and other recruitment within Europe.
- To arrange, and assist in investigations for disciplinary, capability and grievance cases up to and including dismissal.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role will ultimately lead to your success, you will be a forward thinking, people oriented and results driven. CIPD L5 qualification is desirable but not essential.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an annual salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience. 25 Days annual leave plus bank holidays. Working hours are 8:00-17:00, Monday-Friday. This role can offer hybrid working but you are expected to be on site three days per week.
