Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are working with a thrilled to be partnering with a fast-growing organisation who are looking for an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead on the talent strategy.

You will work in the central People Department, applying your graduate recruitment life cycle experience, to elevate the recruitment and management of the early careers talent. You will thrive on working in a busy and rapidly growing team, creating and develop guidelines and best practice to define a centralised programme, own relationships with external suppliers, organise careers fairs and insight days. You will have the overall responsibility for the Graduate selection process to ensure inclusivity and support line managers in making selection decisions and overseeing the onboarding process, whilst ensuring that global programmes are appropriately supported to share development opportunities across the program.

You should have experience in managing Early Careers recruitment and have experience building and overseeing marketing campaigns to attract diverse talent and have the ability to build strong lasting relationships both in the UK and internationally.
