Senior Benefits Consultant

Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a high growth technology business who specialise in a platform for global benefits design and delivery. A SaaS platform that are in an exciting period of growth and are looking for a Senior Benefits Consultant to join them on that journey and contribute to their success. You'll help shape the business and focus on benefits design and partnerships. You'll work closely with the sales, growth, implementation, operations and product teams. You'll also work closely with the company founders. Duties will include:

• Partner with onboarding and operations colleagues for scheme implementation
• Support with pre-sales, post-sales and renewal processes
• Manage client relationships with an international footprint
• Design global benefits schemes (insured and non-insured)
• Work with internal stakeholder to communicate client requirements
• Work with external partners to ensure smooth service delivery

The role offers a unique opportunity for you to help build their global benefits design function and be a key player in the company's growth strategy. You'll act as the SME on all benefits matters for your clients and play a senior role in the team.

The role will offer a highly competitive salary of £80-100k plus benefits. The company offers a flexible and hybrid working model and the freedom and ownership to be creative and strategic.
