Are you an experienced Internal Comms specialist with experience of working at a head of/senior level? I'm currently looking to recruit an interim Head of Internal Comms for my national organisation for a period of 3-6 months, starting End June/Early July 2023.

Reporting into the Marketing and Comms Director, we're looking for an individual who has sound experience in managing significant change communication and can plan and deliver highly effective Internal Comms to a large and diverse workforce. You'll lead and develop your direct reports to deliver excellent services in a fast-moving environment and be an expert in your field, with experience of co-ordinating complex communications campaigns and managing competing priorities.

Ideally from a housing/healthcare/not for profit environment with a large headcount, you will have a successful track record in internal communications at a senior level, in a customer-facing business and preferably within a regulated environment. This position is home based but you must have the flexibility to attend the head office in West Yorkshire once or twice per month. Salary on offer is c£65,000 - £75,000 or day rate (inside IR35) equivalent.
