Reward Manager for either a full time or part time basis for 6- 9 months or potentially longer term


Were seeking an experienced Reward Manager / Reward Professional to join a public organisation in Dorset. We are currently open on full or part time basis and considering a contract of circa 6-9 months possibly longer.

We are looking for a Reward Manager to lead on a range of activities including : -

  • Lead on reward-related diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation, such as pay gap actions
  • Review, revise and implement reward related policies and procedures to ensure that they are aligned to organisational goals
  • Horizon scan reward strategies and formulate recommendations for innovation
  • Identify and suggest new benefits solutions to the organisation
  • Implement annual salary reviews
  • Conduct pay reviews
  • Oversee organisational job design and grading, ensuring that roles are appropriately benchmarked, designed to be flexible and inclusive, and informed by organisational workforce planning (in terms of future skills gaps and needs)
  • Pre-empt and respond to developments in pay, pension and conditions of employment
  • Benchmark the reward package and make recommendations for change to ensure that we remain an attractive employer to the workforce


Candidates
We are seeking either part time or possibly full time HR Reward Manager professionals who have extensive experiences across the Reward & Benefits practice ideally with larger organisations but not essential

Offer

  • Our client is open and flexible on Part time circa 3 days per week upto possibly full time
  • Hybrid Working with some days on site per week depending on number of days working.
  • Duration - this is to be confirmed but could be circa 6-9 months or possibly longer.
