To provide HR and Operations support to ensure an effective service across the whole employee life cycle to our employees and managers in all our offices.

Description

  • To provide HR and Operations support to ensure an effective service across the whole employee life cycle to our employees and managers in all our offices
  • To support and manage the company secretarial centrally administered activities, operations and office management for UK and overseas offices.
  • Providing HR, operational and administration support for recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, payroll, employee queries, benefits both in the UK and overseas
  • Creating, maintaining and updating employee records on the HR database and, in due course, acting as a 'super-user' for the HR Information System
  • Take the lead on planning and organising company social activities and the social team * Undertaking identified projects in support of the Company and HR strategic objectives and organisational plan * Providing office administration support for the UK office including first line response to feedback/issues, ordering of supplies, and general administration
  • Schedule, co-ordinate and manage, in conjunction with regional operations support, routine and non-routine activities of overseas offices, supporting HR and Operations
  • Maintain and monitor relevant policies and procedures relating to facilities and company operations (e.g., H&S, fire policy) both in the UK and overseas as needed.
  • Maintaining and monitoring a schedule of all regular activities relating to HR and Operations (e.g., annual returns, office renewals, insurances, etc.)
  • Manage and carry out the renewals of leases for offices, insurances (e.g., travel, director liability, key person, etc.) subscriptions and other relevant contracts/services in conjunction with relevant operations support within the region.

Profile

  • Work towards agreed, measurable performance targets and standards
  • Represent the company in a highly professional and competent manner and exercising reasonable commercial judgement.
  • Maintain strict company and client confidentiality at all times.
  • An individual with qualifications and/or relevant experience in HR, EA or Company Secretary roles and who has worked successfully in a busy, fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Possesses superior organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Has the ability to set up and follow process with outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills with the ability to communicate at different levels in the organisation and across the regions as well as with external parties/organisations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to identify issues and address them
  • Comfortable and able to handle data confidentially in a close-knit environment
  • Possesses intermediate Excel, and advanced Powerpoint and Word skills
  • Experience with an HRIS would be advantageous
