Reporting into the Marketing and Comms Director, we're looking for an experienced Head of Internal Communications who has sound experience in managing significant change communication and can plan and deliver highly effective Internal Comms to a large and diverse workforce.
You'll lead and develop the IC team to deliver excellent services in a fast-moving environment and be an expert in your field, with experience of co-ordinating complex and multiple communications campaigns and managing competing priorities.
You'll also be tasked with developing and maintaining an effective operational IC function and channel strategy to ensure employees are kept aware of changes which affect the way they do their jobs.
You'll provide expert advice to the SLT on internal communications and colleague engagement and utilise established measurements and evaluations of colleague engagement, along with the effectiveness of campaigns and channels, to drive continuous improvement.
Innovation is key in this organisation, as is a good sense of humour!! You'll ideally be from a housing/healthcare/not for profit environment with a large headcount, you will also have a successful track record in internal communications at a senior level, in a customer-facing business and preferably within a regulated environment.
This position is home based but you must have the flexibility to attend the head office in West Yorkshire once or twice per month. Salary on offer is up to £70,000 + car allowance
