This is a stand alone part time HR Advisor role working for a Financial Services firm based in the City of London.
Client Details
The client are a small Financial Services firm based in the City of London. They are looking for a part time HR Advisor to join the business to oversee recruitment, HR queries and HR policies.
Description
The key responsibilities of HR Advisor are:
- Providing HR advice and guidance to employees
- Ensuring all policies are followed and done accurately
- Managing the full recruitment life cycle
- Using Linked In to attract top talent
- Review and update HR systems
Profile
The successful HR Advisor will have a minimum of 5 years HR experience within Financial Services. This role is a standalone HR role so you will be happy to work independently and liaise with multiple members across the business.
Job Offer
The client is offering remote working with 2 days a month in the London office.
