The purpose of this role is to plan, coordinate, design the training curriculum, oversee material development and where necessary support the delivery of training within this company, locally, globally and virtually, in support of the HR Transformation programme.

The incumbent will be responsible for creating and managing a detailed Training Delivery Plan aligned with the existing Training Needs Analysis and Transformation programme timelines

Description

Review the defined Training Needs Analysis, research, define and add additional information as necessary

· Responsible for collaborating with Process and Data Leads, Solution and Service delivery teams, the talent management/ learning and development Centre of Excellence, HRIS and Change Management teams, in order that the best training and learning solution is delivered.

· Put in place an approach for the creation and maintenance of training courses and documentation that will facilitate ongoing service delivery training

· Set and track readiness, completion and quality metrics for training

· Drive the implementation of the global training programme for GBS HR, leveraging material already in place for other GBS functional teams

· Lead the development, delivery, and maintenance of training techniques, media and material using appropriate technology that is best suited for the desired outputs

· Coach and mentor people responsible for creating and delivering training, including team leads, Process leads, Subject Matter Experts

· Gather, review, and refine existing training material for users (Quick Reference Guides, Presentations & videos etc.)

· Responsible for measuring and reporting on adoption and training effectiveness metrics

· Provide support to Team Leads and Process Leads during onboarding and induction of new Team Members

· Ensure country and language nuances are catered for

· Equip the HR Service Delivery team to be able to continue to deliver new hire training without the support of the training lead

Profile

· Training curriculum and course outline development (Essential)

· Learning Approach, Content Standards, Learning Delivery Methods and Learning Evaluation Methods (Essential)

· Should be able to use Core Office 365 Applications: MS Teams, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive, (Essential)

· Experience in developing training material using both eLearning software, Video and Written hard copy (Essential)

· Experience in tracking and measuring training programme success (Essential)

· Ability to create detailed training plan and coordinate delivery against the plan, including scheduling and logistics management (Essential)

· Experience in managing content developers to deliver quality content within agreed timelines (Essential)

· Familiar with HR and Service delivery tools (Workday and ServiceNow) (Desirable)

· Experience in a multinational and multi-cultural organisation (Desirable)

· Ability to lead and deliver face to face and virtual live training events

· Delivered onboarding and induction training for new functions

· Able to conduct train the trainer and support trainers, as and when required.

Job Offer

90% remote working, with some travel to Paddington required.

Inside IR35, excellent pay rate.
