Reward Manager Operations
Location: West Lothian, Scotland
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Flexible working options available)
Salary- Up to £65,000 + competitive rewards package, generous pension, private healthcare.
Join a leading media and entertainment company as a Reward Operations Manager. Based in West Lothian, Scotland, you will have a significant impact on implementing and managing reward plans and policies to drive performance and enhance the employee experience. This role reports into the Group Head of Reward Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the Reward operations team, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Manage compensation activities, including benchmarking, salary review, budgeting, and system implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to oversee core processes, such as annual reviews and communication.
- Provide salary analysis, benchmarking, and financial modeling.
- Maintain relationships with third-party providers for salary surveys and market insights.
- Ensure compliance with the banding framework and support role sizing and maintenance.
- Resolve operational reward issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Offer detailed analysis and insights to support reward decisions.
- Manage Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting.
- Coordinate ad hoc reward reporting and data management.
- Support individual reward transactions and handle day-to-day issues.
- Manage recognition activities and Long Service Awards.
- Plan resources to meet SLAs and maintain compliance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Reward function with expertise in compensation activities.
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to present data effectively.
- Experience in managing operational teams.
- Adaptability to changing business needs.
- Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Credibility, authority, and influencing skills.
