Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with an amazing client within the professional services industry who are seeking a Reward Specialist. Our client offers lots of flexibility with hours.
The business is looking for a Reward Specialist which will be support the Reward and Benefits Manager by working on rewards and benefits projects across the business.
This will involve reviewing and developing new pay arrangements for various business areas. Your primary objective will be to devise strategies that ensure the company's reward systems attract and engage top-tier employees while also complying with regulations and adapting to the evolving needs of a growing business.
So, to recap - what are we looking for:
- Experience with reward aspects of restructures and TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings, Protection of Employment).
- Minimum 2-3 year's experience in Reward role
- Experience working on HR Projects
- Ability to work as part of a team and an individual.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong Excel skills.
