The interim Reward Manager responsibilities include:
- Ensure the reward offer is aligned the organisations strategy
- Deliver key annual reward processes and projects
- Job Evaluation and Grading
- Salary benchmarking and annual reviews
- Support in the development of reward and benefit strategies
- Deliver reward metrics and reporting
- Provide competitor market analysis to attract and retain staff
