Key Responsibilities include:
- Creation of Global HR Documents that houses all HR Policy owned documents including forms, policies, guides, employment agreements
- Automation of the Code of Conduct documents relevant to internal and external audit requirements
- Automation of HR processes across all departments taking into consderation legal requirements for each business area
- Manage and develop HR Project and systems relevant to reward and HR processes
- Migrated all HR Policy owned documents to cloud-based file sharing and storage
- Lead annual reviews for all Employee Handbooks by working with internal SMEs, External Counsel, and internal counsel.
- Align HR processes to reward strategy including performance and compensation benchmarking
Essential:
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Able to relocate and live in Doha
- Degree related qualification in HR or similar
- 5 - 6 years plus experience in a similar role
