Key Responsibilities include:

  • Creation of Global HR Documents that houses all HR Policy owned documents including forms, policies, guides, employment agreements
  • Automation of the Code of Conduct documents relevant to internal and external audit requirements
  • Automation of HR processes across all departments taking into consderation legal requirements for each business area
  • Manage and develop HR Project and systems relevant to reward and HR processes
  • Migrated all HR Policy owned documents to cloud-based file sharing and storage
  • Lead annual reviews for all Employee Handbooks by working with internal SMEs, External Counsel, and internal counsel.
  • Align HR processes to reward strategy including performance and compensation benchmarking

Essential:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Able to relocate and live in Doha
  • Degree related qualification in HR or similar
  • 5 - 6 years plus experience in a similar role
