Your new role
People Experience Partner (HRBP) ensuring that HR and their People have a voice with all management levels as a true business partner. Aligned with the local and Global HR teams to deliver the people strategy. Provision of commercial, pragmatic and value-added solutions, role modelling a People First Culture along with living our mission and values.

What you'll need to succeed
Significant experience in a business partnering generalist HR role with strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices including unionised environments
Strong skills and in-depth knowledge across a number of specialist HR areas - Unionised DC's and relationships, Employee Relations, OD, supporting performance & partnering.
Excellent skills and knowledge in all facets of HR including working with a global HR team
Strong interpersonal skills with credible impact, ability to influence with strong resilience and decision making
Strong analytical and judgement skills with the ability to utilise various data sources to draw conclusion and make recommendations
Collaborative working style with a clear focus on delivering outcomes
Commercially astute, brand awareness and deliverance of being a role model of the brand values and mission
Experience of managing people related impacts during organisational change
