Description

As a Reward and HR Reporting Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Develops and delivers the Reward Strategy in order to reward, attract, retain, and develop our employees to deliver the business Growth Plan
  • Improves HR data integrity through our HR systems and reporting to enable better data decisions to drive the business forward
  • The successful candidate will work with the global and regional teams to drive key Reward and HR Reporting initiatives across the Division to ensure we mobilise our workforce to grow value today and value tomorrow. Circa, 3,000 employees across Americas, APAC, Europe, MEAI, UK
  • Provide guidance and be the business expert to key stakeholders, local HR and managers on all matters relating to compensation, benefits, reward policies, and plans
  • Develop and build out the divisional HRIS capability to proactively support automation and data integrity
  • Responsible for system administration tasks, including data uploads, data cleansing, data integrity and work-flow design and administrative support to the department
  • Provide support in the creation & maintenance on a variety of reports or queries utilising appropriate reporting tools

Profile

  • Reward specialist, with extensive experience in managing, developing and delivering reward strategies
  • Experience of working in HR in an international company with different global stakeholders would be preferred
  • Knowledge and experience of working with and developing HR systems
  • Experience in setting, measuring, and analysing HR KPIs
  • Strong analytical and quantitative mindset
  • The ability to assess different quantities of data, find patterns and suggest the most useful outcome of the data

  • Base salary plus £7,000 car allowance
