HR Manager

We have partnered with an International organisation who are looking to appoint a HR Manager. You will be working in a standalone capacity reporting to the Managing Director.

You will support the organisation with the delivery of HR strategy and have the ability to influence stakeholders across the business, including overseas. You will take total ownership of the HR function supporting the organisation of 70 heads and will provide the timely, accurate administrative and operational support across the full range of HR duties . This role gives opportunity to be highly strategic and lead on a variety of projects, working with the senior leadership team to develop and drive process improvement. You will work closely with line managers to provide coaching and guidance in line with company policies and HR best practice and support through any changes and take responsibility to support with ER cases when required.
