Senior HR Advisor

We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide employment law and HR advice to support a variety of clients. This is an exciting role within a fast-paced environment and covers a wide range of tasks in regard to recruitment, development and retention of staff.

Your day-to-day activities will include production of policies, contracts, drafting letters for clients as well as supporting with employee relation cases. From time to time you may need to attended different location to support investigations.

We are looking for candidates to have proven experience in an HR role including employee relations casework, advising on policies and following best practice. Ideally you will have experience working with external clients.

We are looking for someone who is motivated by providing an outstanding service. You should have the ability to demonstrate the ability to deal with complex ER cases and be able to effectively relay policies to managers.
