Milton Keynes leading IT company recruiting a HR Business Partner with employee relations experience, to deal with employee casework and drive HR improvements across a dedicated business unit.

Client Details

The role will be to support this UK IT business within the group, based from state of the art offices in Milton Keynes with free parking onsite. They're a rapidly growing, exciting business with lots of potential for someone looking to work in a commercially focused HR Business Partner role with exposure business partnering with multiple departments

Description

As a HR Business Partner this role involves:

  • Dealing with employee relations cases from start to finish
  • Support with complex consultations
  • Deal with all areas of employee relations including grievances, capability, disciplinaries, probation reviews, flexible work requests, absence management
  • Advise managers on steps to take to deal with HR related issues
  • Respond to queries through a shared HR inbox
  • Oversee HR Apprentices / Administrators as required
  • Process paperwork accurately and efficiently A great role in an industry leader, the HR Business Partner will have a proven track record and will be expected to immediately pick up ongoing casework.

Profile

The HR BP will have at least 3 years practical HR experience and exposure business partnering.

ER casework experience is required as the HR Business Partner will lead on employee relations cases, to deal with employee casework including grievances, capability, disciplinaries, probation reviews, flexible work requests, absence management, consultations and HR projects.
