Oakleaf Partnership are representing a UK based law firm to source a Recruitment Advisor in their Manchester office. The firm has circa 500 people and this role will site in a wider HR function, as part of a smaller recruitment team spread across different offices.
What is the role
Understanding the different teams across all offices, you'll partner with hiring managers to take detailed job briefs and source for corporate services and fee earner roles. You'll develop strong relationships across the business to understand specific needs and confidently prioritise your workload based on business requirements. As well as direct sourcing through LinkedIn and other methods, you'll manage agency relationships and terms of business. Applicants will be managed through an ATS and it's important this is accurate and efficient. You'll organise interviews and deliver feedback to candidates, creating a positive experience to ensure the brand is attractive in the market.
Candidate profile / experience
The successful candidate will have experience in-house or agency, preferably in the legal sector or professional services industry. A background recruiting business functions is required, and fee earner experience would be beneficial, as the market is very competitive.
