A new and exciting Equality Diversity and Inclusion Lead based in Central London. This is to join a Government agency on a permanent basis.

A fast-paced and reputable Government agency located in Central London; offering hybrid working.
Description
The successful Equality Diversity and Inclusion Lead will be responsible for:
* Delivering the EDI strategy, various initiatives and new schemes across the organisation
* Raising awareness and implementing an EDI calendar of events
* Providing advice and guidance on a range of EDI projects, as well as reviewing & improving policies & procedures
* Ensuring diversity is implemented into HR & people processes
* Preparing and publishing reports on EDI progress
* Providing support on any complex issues.
Profile
The successful Equality Diversity and Inclusion Lead must have:
* Experience of EDI policy development and improvement
* CIPD qualification or relevant experience
* Excellent knowledge of EDI legislation and application
* Experience of delivering EDI objectives
* Public sector background would be desirable.
