  • up to £45,000 + bonus + 5% pension

Oakleaf Partnership are representing a UK based law firm circa 650 ppl. The firm is headquartered in London and have recently put big investment into growing their northern presence with a large Manchester hub, Liverpool and Leeds office. This is an exciting new role situated in the Manchester office, created to reflect their desire provide an inclusive experience for all colleagues.

What is the role
Working as part of a wider HR team working across all offices, you'll report into the HR Manager in Manchester. Your role will contribute to a long-term D&I strategy, tackling specific issues across a broad spectrum; including but not limited to: diversifying talent pools and attraction, gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting, eliminating hidden barriers in the firm, researching D&I best practices externally and implementing them in-house. There is data driven element of the role in order to measure success, providing statistics and reports to track progress, as well as transparent internal comms though out the business. If policies aren't fit for purpose, you'll work to update and draft new ones in line with the D&I strategy, supporting the firm's 'Best Employer' journey.

Candidate profile / experience
The successful candidate will have worked in a dedicated or HR role previously, with a strong lean on implementing or driving D&I initiatives. Analytical skills, project management, resilient nature, and excellent communication skills will be advantageous.
