As HR manager, you will look after the day to day HR function, advise and coach senior leaders in the business with HR matters and be the first point of contact for ER advice and queries.

Our client is a media & creative arts SME, based in London.

Description

  • In charge of the 360 recruitment cycle - from advertising, sourcing to interviewing up to offer and on boarding stage.
  • Managing sickness and absence
  • Updating policies and procedures and processes
  • Manage payroll and debt recovery process
  • Provide employees with coaching and advice on ER related queries
  • Head-up HR related projects: Updating employee handbook & policies and procedures

Profile

  • CIPD level 5/7 essential
  • Degree accredited essential
  • A minimum of 4-5 years working as an Advisor role or HR Manager
  • Excellent organisation skills, communication skills, coaching ability and with the ability to build longstanding relationships
  • Ability to use HR systems desirable

Job Offer

  • £40-50,000 salary depending on experience
  • Part Time options available upon discussion
  • Hybrid working - 4 days from home, one day in London office (complete flexibility over what days in the office)
