This is a highly established global business that has been operating in the market for more than 150 years. The company is seeking a Senior Executive Compensation Specialist to join their high performing reward function. Reporting to the Head of Compensation, this is a dual hat role where you'll be supporting with executive compensation activities but also managing regulatory remuneration matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a reward expert who has had exposure to both executive and regulatory compensation matters to become an expert in these two areas. It's not often we see a role in the market that specialise sin both of these fields of reward so this is a unique position that is sure to enhance your experience and reward career pathway. Responsibilities will include:

  • Material Risk Taker identification and reporting
  • Working with senior stakeholders and partnering with teams such as legal and company secretarial
  • Reporting for Gender pay gap and EU pay transparency
  • Management and administration of executive compensation for the group
  • Supporting with various projects for the exec compensation framework and on regulatory reward matters e.g. changing in legislation; new scheme design
  • Act as a point of contact for executive compensation plans and queries
  • Support with the annual compensation review cycle
  • Design executive compensation incentive programmes
  • Improve communications to employees and drive process efficiencies
  • Prepare disclosures for: Pillar 3; IFPR; IFD
  • Ensure regulatory requirements across the group's entities are met (CRD; UCITS V)

To be considered for this role you must have experience with both executive compensation and regulatory reward work and have sector experience within the financial or professional services. You must be highly analytical and an effective problem solver that's ambitious to further grow their reward career. The role will offer a competitive salary and bonus and also offers hybrid working.
