HR Manager

Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnered exclusively with a leading, start-up, B2B Financial Technology organisation. A firm who are passionate about building a team of service driven individuals that want to exceed.

Due to significant growth, the firm are on the hunt for a HR Manager based in the UK to deliver Global HR strategies across the region. The role covers employee engagement, developing effective internal procedures, employee relations and performance.

This role works in a small, yet collaborative team of 3 who are incredibly talented, diligent and passionate about a start-up organisation with outstanding potential.

Responsibilities:

• Aligning HR strategies and tactics to business performance and needs.
• Implementing organisation structures to ensure individual and company performance improves.
• Partnering closely with senior management on best practice.
• Support on retention and development of high performance and high potential.
• Partner on annual benefits reviews, compliance with policy, salary structures and financials.
• Drive and support change, advising leaders on growth strategies and development.
• Managing employee relations cases end to end where needed.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years HR Management experience within Tech (ideally a start-up).
• 5 years HR Generalist experience operating across the full employee lifecycle.
• Experience working in a global organisation.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law.
