EMEA Payroll Specialist

EMEA Payroll Specialist - £45,000 - £50,000 + 10% bonus - Manchester

Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering with a leading name within financial services on the recruitment of a EMEA Payroll Specialist on a permanent basis.

This role is offering hybrid working (with 3 days per week required into the office)

The Role:

• Manage all payrolls from start to finish.
• Responsible for all payroll pay-overs, including tax, pension, social security, national insurance and any other local payments.
• Respond to all Payroll audits and information requests.
• Identify payroll operation problems and provide solutions in collaboration with the HR team.
• Provide guidance and support to the Payroll and Benefits Administrator so that it can cover the Payroll Specialist in the event of absence.

Skills required:

• UK and EMEA Payroll exposure - Must
• Strong excel skills- Must
• ADP/ Workday system knowledge - Advantage
• Strong vendor management skills - Advantage
