Reporting to the Group HR Director, you have a passion for supporting people, processes and systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to support the team on people analytics and therefore requires great excel skills, recruitment, sickness, holidays and employee benefits to name a few.

Description

  • Accurately producing people-related data for monthly reporting across the business.
  • Responsible for delivering a professional and confidential HR administrative support service to the HR team and the wider business.
  • Updating the HR database (BambooHR), accurately recording and monitoring data.
  • Monitoring holidays, probationary periods and sickness triggers, providing meaningful data and reports.
  • Proactively involved in our inclusive recruitment process from attracting talent from a variety of networking tools including social media and jobs boards, telephone screening candidates and arranging interviews.
  • Supporting the employee life cycle with the administration of contracts, reference and right to work checks, storing information in structured e-files.
  • Managing all administration in respect of the Company's benefit schemes including our ba.wellbeing programme, childcare vouchers, healthcare and cycle to work schemes.

Profile

* Your excel skills will be second to none, you will need advanced excels to summarise and manipulate data, including Pivot Tables, V-Look Up, Conditional formatting and Sum If's.
* Experience within a HR Administrator role
* Strong attention to detail, cross checking information for accuracy
* Great communication skills, both written and verbal
* The ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your workload
