Group Reward Data & Insights Manager - Interim- 9-12 month FTC

Location: Leeds (Office-based, 3 days per week); limited international travel possible

Salary- total comp package circa £80k.

Are you a skilled and experienced Reward and People Data specialist? We have an exciting opportunity for an Interim Group Reward Data & Insights Manager to join a dynamic team for a global financial services business. As a key partner to the Group Head of Reward, you will play a crucial role in delivering strategic and tactical reward activities across the business. This role is focused on data management, insights, and governance to support the people strategy and business goals in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead reward data management, providing insights and benchmark data to support exceptional and ad hoc reward matters, while serving as a trusted advisor and governance expert.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of key reward processes, including salary reviews, bonuses, share awards, and performance management cycles.
  • Support Group Reward governance frameworks, including job evaluation and salary benchmarking.
  • Provide guidance on reward matters to managers at all levels, offering practical and affordable solutions across multiple markets.
  • Oversee day-to-day expatriate management, ensuring accurate advice and timely completion of tax-related documentation.
  • Renew key benefit and insurance schemes, prioritizing affordability and effective coverage.
  • Compile and submit survey data for benchmarking purposes, providing reliable insights to managers and directors.
  • Assist the Group Head of Reward with matters relating to the Remuneration Committee and the annual Directors' Remuneration report.
  • Report on key metrics such as Gender Pay Gap and CEO Pay Ratio, presenting data and analysis to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the UK payroll approvals process as needed.

Experience required:

  • Proven working experience as a reward, data, compensation and benefits specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of reward trends, data sources, and tools.
  • Highly numerate with excellent data management, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with established job evaluation methodologies, specifically Hay.
  • Familiarity with reward governance frameworks and remuneration committees/decision-making bodies.
