This Exciting and varied HR officer role is being recruited for a high growth and leading Leisure and sport focused organisation on a permanent basis.

Recruiting an permanent HR officer looking for a HR professional with strong HR administration experience. A supportive HR director is looking for someone keen to develop and build their HR experience

Description

HR Officer duties and responsibilities;

  • Managing HR data into the company HR database
  • Processing starters and leavers
  • Assisting higher-level HR staff with recruitment processes
  • Setting up recruitment and training events
  • Answering any employee inquiries and managing the HR inbox
  • Coordinating inductions
  • Updating employee holiday and sickness records

Profile

HR Officer experience and characteristics desired;

  • Prior HR administration experience
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Based locally to Luton
  • Eagerness to be hands on with the HR operations of the business
