As the Global HR Specialist (Reward & Performance) for this global manufacturing company, you will:
- Support the implementation of global job architecture roll-out
- Play a key role in global year end process for performance and reward
- Manage benefit renewal, payroll and UK immigration process for UK HQ.

You will have experience in managing Reward processes, ideally with exposure in a complex/global organisation.

Description

Reporting to the Global Reward & Performance Lead, this role is based in Reading and offers hybrid working.

As a key member of the Group Reward & Performance team, you will support the implementation of global job architecture roll out, by working closely with the country HR team to complete role mapping against newly created job family structure.
You will also take a key role in the management of the global end of year process for performance and reward.
In addition, you will play a key role in managing payroll, employee cost accrual, benefit renewal and UK immigration process for UK HQ (~110/120 employees).

Key responsibilities and outputs

  • Support the planning and running of annual reward and performance review. Ensure data accuracy and system readiness for the global annual reward and performance review process for Group HQ and country leadership teams.
  • Support country and Group HRBPs with job grading, job family mapping and compensation governance.
  • Work closely with the Shared Service Centre HR operations team and finance team to ensure smooth running of monthly payroll and accrual process for UK HQ.
  • Work closely with our benefit broker and providers on annual benefit renewals.
  • Own relationship with our chosen immigration consultant to manage end to end process and compliance on UK HQ.
  • Work closely with Group Internal Communications team to deliver the Wellbeing calendar.
  • Support other ad-hoc reward and performance projects as required.

This role is based in central Reading (very close to the train station) and offers hybrid working - ideally 3 days per week in the office.

Profile

To apply for the role of Global HR Specialist (Reward & Performance), your profile will closely match the following:

  • Experience in Reward gained in an in-house environment.
  • Proven experience in working in Reward or HR roles in a complex/matrix/global organisation.
  • Any experience in job architecture roll-out and job evaluation methodology would be highly advantageous. essential.
  • Strong analytic and numerical skills gained through working in a HR team.
  • Experience of using Workday system - desirable.
  • Exposure to the UK immigration process is desirable.
  • Enthusiastic about working in an environment there is a significant amount of change and therefore a willingness to deal with ambiguity and change.
