Head of Reward

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global consumer brand at the forefront of innovation and technology. Based in Dublin the Head of Reward will deliver the reward strategy across International markets and establish a deep understanding of the business and geographical challenges.

Working closely with the International Reward Director, Group, HR and key senior stakeholders, the role will manage a team of Reward Partners to develop, evolve and deliver the International Reward strategy to attract, retain and engage talent. This will involve delivering all cyclical and adhoc reward projects alongside Group programmes in addition to benchmarking, governance, effective communication and analysis on compensation, bonus and equity.

This position will suit an experienced Reward professional who has worked within a complex matrixed environment and able to evidence having developed and delivered a reward strategy across EMEA and/or Global geographies. You will be able to develop a range of reward solutions and be an effective communicator and relationship builder at all levels.
