HR Business Partner

I am delighted to be working exclusively with an international organization who specialises in providing analytics and intelligence across the commodities and mining sector, to hire a brand-new HR Business Partner into their team.

Reporting into the Global Head of HR, this role will focus on the below remit:

• Supporting the full employee lifecycle. You will be the go-to person on people policies and procedures.
• Business Partnering managers. You will coach and advise people managers and leaders on a wide range of people areas such as employment law compliance, employee relations, performance management, organisational changes and absence management.
• International Optimisation Project. You will lead on a key organisational design project, developing and growing the organisations international teams and presence. You will also participate in other relevant HR or companywide projects and being a champion of change where needed.
• Employee Relations. You will manage a broad range of employee relations matters to successful conclusion across a number of global offices.

To be successful, you will meet the below criteria:

• You have 5 years + experience working in a generalist or business partner role.
• You have strong stakeholder management skills, and experience business partnering or working with client groups on an international basis. Ideal locations include Singapore, USA, and Australia (in that order of preference)
• You have experience leading employee relations cases.
• You enjoy operational HR and aren't afraid to roll your sleeves up.
• You have line management experience, as this role will support both the HR admin and HR assistant.
• You have a degree and are ideally CIPD certified.
• Be able to travel internationally once or twice per year to global office locations.

What's on offer:

• Salary of £65,000
• Bonus up to 10% of salary
