My client is looking for an experienced TA Manager who can hit the ground running and support them with driving their recruitment offering internally, by partnering the business and looking at process improvement.

Client Details

My client is a public sector organisation based in Sheffield. This role can be a mixture of home-working and office based 2-3 times a week.

Description

The key responsibilities include:

  • Support hiring managers with their recruitment campaigns by providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Hold campaign planning meetings with hiring managers to scope out their recruitment campaign, ensure job descriptions accurately represent the job responsibilities required and are legally compliant. Ensure adverts are attractive and factually correct
  • Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Identify and approach suitable active and passive candidates
  • Support candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a high standard of service from initial engagement to onboarding
  • Work with the HR Operations team to progress candidates through the recruitment cycle.

Profile

The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have the following experience:

  • Established recruiter with experience of managing recruitment campaigns from advertising, sourcing and selection
  • Experience of working in an in-house recruitment role.
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
  • Experience of LinkedIn recruiter to target active and passive candidates
  • Experience of using social media channels as a means of attracting candidates
  • Providing expert recruitment advice to key stakeholders
  • Working within a customer focussed environment
  • Ability to identify barriers and challenges to recruitment and devise and implement creative and timely solutions.

Job Offer

£45,000 pro rata, 6 month fixed-term contract
