Ashley Kate HR are excited to be working with our well established client as they look to recruit for a Full Time, Permanent Recruitment Assistant based in Hounslow.

About this role
·Taking responsibility with the coordination of activities and processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
·Assisting with CV Screening and holding assessment days.
·Taking part in both online and face to face interviews.
·Take part in projects including recruitment planning and attending careers fairs.
·Day to day recruitment database administration.
·Managing job postings, overseeing the creation of adverts and assembling interview documentation
·Managing a shared recruitment inbox and responding to candidate queries

Recruitment Assistant - About you
·Must be educated to degree level (Bachelor's degree - any discipline)
·Able to maintain and build professional relationships
·Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
·Previous experience in recruitment
·Driving license is preferable
