I have partnered with an outstanding global organisation who are recruiting for a HR Generalist to join the HR team on a permanent basis. This is a fabulous role for a hard-working, ambitious and organised HR professional who is looking to take the next step in their career.

This role would suit a graduate who has 2- 4 years of experience within a HR department and has had a good foundation of HR administration. Ideally you will have some graduate recruitment experience.

What is the role:

Working within the group HR team, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support to the HR Manager. A portion of the role will be responsible for graduate recruitment for the organisation, therefore an approachable and people-focused approach is required.

You will have a deep understanding of all areas of the business, coaching employees and managers as appropriate and providing first line support to the HR Manager. Strong people skills are needed and the desire to build strong relationships whilst keeping up to date with organisational procedures and graduate recruitment activities.

Candidate profile/experience:

• Experience working in a HR Department for 2-4 years
• University Degree - essential
• CIPD qualified - desirable
• Friendly, approachable, hard-working, organised and ambitious
