I have partnered with a leading Insurance firm as they look to hire an HR & Learning Business Partner to join their fast-paced & collaborative team. This is a fantastic role for someone with extensive L&D experience but also has a good background in a HR Generalist role, who is now looking to transition into a hybrid position. The role will be heavily aligned with developing and implementing a futuristic learning framework & developing the firm's DE&I initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• To work in a 'business partner' capacity with specific businesses/functions, providing generalist HR support to those business areas
• HR Business Partner for particular business areas
• Ensure that all learning and development needs are effectively identified, analysed, prioritised and delivered in a cost effective and efficient way
• Responsible for the performance review process and behaviours framework
• Develop solutions for the continued learning and development of managers to enhance management and leadership skills
• Ensure regular monitoring of learning and development activities
• Overall responsibility for the online learning portal
• Manage the Learning and Development budget
• Together with the Recruitment Executive and the Group HR Director, plan, implement and monitor DEI initiatives in line with the Group ESG strategy

Skills:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in an L&D role
• Significant exposure to talent development and recruitment activities; training, talent development, succession planning, candidate attraction and selection
• Experienced in HR generalist activities
• Committed to the delivery of excellent levels of client service and satisfaction
