Resourcing Advisor

Your new company
Hays have partnered with this large organisation based in Birmingham who are looking for an experienced Resourcing Advisor to join their team on an initial basis of 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension.

Your new role
As the Resourcing Advisor you will:

• Brief Recruitment Agencies on vacancy requirements, posting vacancies on job boards, job centres, job searches, monitoring applications and reviewing CV's, arranging interviews, responding to applicants, settlement of invoices, updating line managers and HR team on progress.
• Actively support the team in the effective and efficient delivery of all administrative tasks relating to the Resourcing team.
• Support the team with administrative tasks relating to specific activities, eg graduate/apprentice campaigns and other targeted recruitment campaigns. This will include sending out links to psychometric tests and personality profiles.
• Identify areas for process improvement to ensure the continued improvement of delivery of a professional, highly efficient and customer focussed recruitment and selection process.
• Update and maintain tracking data, eg number of vacant and filled roles, time to hire, spend, source and I & D data.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will have:

• Proven experience within Talent Acquisition/Resourcing
• Able to manage high volume vacancies (up to 40 at any one time)
• The ability to Source good quality candidates
• The ability to manage and advise Key Stakeholders
