I am currently partnering with a dynamic and highly regarded museum who are looking to recruit a People Advisor . If you are a self-motivated HR professional who is looking for a challenging role this could be the perfect fit for you.
About the role
The team are looking to recruit an individual who has strong HR Advisory experience working in a busy team, the successful candidate will be someone who has been a first point of contact and stakeholder facing. Experience advising on low level to complex ER cases is a necessity for this role. This role will require you to deliver proactive and pragmatic business-focused people solutions to your colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate profile
If you have a passion for HR and are motivated to make an impact, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You will need to ideally be CIPD qualified with strong knowledge of employment law. You will also have managed a high level of ER cases end to end with minimal supervision. If you love working in a team, are creative, organised and proactive in your approach this could be the perfect fit for you.
