We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to join a leading global consumer products company focused on delivering high-quality, innovative products. This is a chance to shape the future while developing your career.

Position: HR Business Partner

Salary: 60,000 per annum + bonus

Location: South West London / Hybrid - 2 days WFH

Overview:

This role will support the People and Culture goals in the UK/EU region, and will Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to operationalize best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders, provide proactive HR support.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
• Guide managers in employee relations and absence management.
• Identify policy and procedural improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance across European countries.
• Foster a culture of respect and inclusivity.

Required Attributes & Skills:

• HR Generalist experience, advising on employee relations.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Attributes & Skills:

• Proficiency in data analytics.
• Familiarity with tech/engineering/IT.
