Page Personnel are currently working with a market-leading legal firm, with offices in Liverpool City Centre and Burscough, who are looking to recruit a Talent and Resourcing Advisor on a permanent basis. Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment of a number of roles across this fast-growing business.

Description

The Talent and Resourcing Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Building positive working relationships with key stakeholders to understand recruitment needs
  • Proactively headhunt candidates using a variety of sourcing methods
  • Writing and posting job advertisements
  • Shortlisting CVs
  • Screening potential candidates by conducting initial telephone interviews
  • Building brand awareness using social media and job boards
  • Attending careers events
  • Arranging interviews, and managing the feedback process
  • Liaising with HR to create a smooth onboarding process
  • Managing the ATS, ensuring all notes and details are up to date
  • Sending welcome emails to new starters
  • Review, update, and implement effective recruitment processes

Profile

The successful Talent and Resourcing Advisor will have:

  • A proven track record within a busy recruitment environment
  • Ability to travel to both Liverpool City Centre and Burscough
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work under minimal supervision
  • A positive outlook and genuine desire to succeed

Job Offer

  • A salary of up to £26,000 DOE
    23 days holiday, plus bank holidays
