Regional HR Business Partner
A fabulous HR opportunity has been registered by Hays HR to support a European organisation on the recruitment of a Regional HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. This role is remote working but travel is required to sites a hand full of times a month! You will also get to visit one of their European destinations yearly.
Within your new role you will help to deliver on a range of strategic and operational activities working within a fast paced environment people related matters.
- Remote working (Travel required across sites)
- Travel to European office

Your responsibilities will include working across multiple sites within your remit supporting managers on a wide range of HR activities. You will also be part of the European HR team working on HR Projects across the organisation.
You will also be involved in the following:
- Providing day to day HR advice to managers
- Overseeing performance reviews
- Supporting on annual pay reviews
- Dealing with pay negotiations
- Working closely with the ER Manager
- Working closely with the Unions (Require experience within a Unionised environment)
- Involvement with acquisitions, Redundancies and TUPE
- Supporting on wider organisation HR Projects; Wellbeing & HR Systems
To be successful for this role you will be required to demonstrate experience working within a Partnering role previously.
- CIPD Qualified or equivalent knowledge gained within HR
- Strong employment law knowledge
- experience working in a unionised environment
- knowledge of employment law
