My client is looking for an experienced ER lead to join their fantastic team. This role will play a key part reporting into the Head of Business Partnering. My client is looking for someone who can roll their sleeves up in the day to day but is interested in delivering strategy.
About the role:
Provide day-to-day specilaist advice, guidance to line managers (e.g., coaching, career development, disciplinary actions. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reduce legal risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. Enhance ER capability amongst line managers and HR partners through knowledge building, coaching and the effective use of tools and guidlines.
The person;
You will have solid Employee Relations case management experience, serving as a subject matter expert. Excellent people management skills. Good understanding of UK employment law. Line management would be advantageous. Comfortable working with ambiguity.
