Job Details
My client is an award winning property consultancy based in Central London and they are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a part time basis.
A newly formed, standalone role, this is a brilliant opportunity for a true generalist to take ownership of their role. Working closely with the Leadership Team this HR Manager will have full responsibility for all aspects of HR planning and strategy, setting up systems and procedures from scratch.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years' HR experience including working in a small team, setting up the HR function from scratch. A CIPD member with good knowledge of up to date HR approaches and thinking, with natural gravitas and proven ability to instil trust and gain buy in. Salary is pro rata for 2 full days a week. The company also offer a generous bonus.
